More than 200 museums and sites have used AASLH’s Visitors Count! program to collect valuable data to better understand their visitors’ expectations. Visitors Count! is a visitor survey program for medium to large history organizations. The program uses a proven survey instrument and custom questions specific to a participating museum or historic site. By collecting accurate data and feedback, organizations can make informed decisions based on visitors’ wants and needs instead of assumptions.
