- Registration Closed
Webinar Description
The History Leadership Institute is the best professional development opportunity for mid- and advanced-career professionals at history organizations of all types and sizes. Since 1959, HLI has helped history professionals at all levels develop the tools, ideas, and connections they need to enhance their ability to lead institutions and the field.
Led by Director Andrea Jones, the History Leadership Institute includes an intensive, two-week, in-person seminar, along with several virtual convenings. Each year, a cohort of about 20 HLI Fellows dives deep into a broad range of current and future national issues facing the history and museum field to help them lead with purpose, relevance, and impact. 2024's onsite seminar will take place June 16–27 at the Mill City Museum of the Minnesota Historical Society in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The seminar features thought-provoking speakers and facilitators from across the field. The virtual components will take place between May and September. Applications are due January 15 here: https://aaslh.submittable.com/...
